Mental Health Evaluations are available by appointment for those who need them for court, probation, or other reasons.  This is a one-time, two-hour interview.  The fee is a one-time fee of $900, payable by Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.  Wendy does not accept insurance for Mental Health Evaluations.
